A Man with Brain Mass and a Lung Nodule

A 57 Y old man admitted in neurosurgery ward because of left hemiparesis and a largeBrain mass.He was a heavy smoker (40 P/Y) . No Past history of any disease was inspected.He was evaluated for any other site of mass and a nodule was found in his CXR.Chest CT Scan revealed an irregular border 1.5×2.5 cm nodule in RLL. There was not LAPor Parenchymal involvement .What is the next step about this nodule :1) CT guided BX2) TBLB3) PET Scan
