چکیده مقاله:

Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) is the analyzing method of a specific job task, breaking it down into stages and assessing each stage for potential hazards and the safest way to do the job. The four essential steps in carrying out a JHA which will present in this paper are:1. Identify the job to be evaluated2. Break down the job into a sequence of stages3. Recognize potential hazards4. Establish preventive actions to control hazardsWorkplace hazards can involve people, equipment and the environment. Knowledge of the hazards is the first stage in the development of the health, safety and environment management system (HSEMS) in any company.This Article will develop the Target “Zero Incident” Model and Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) to illustrate that all hazards are a consequence of, or effected by, the behavior of human. The objective of a HSE-MS in any Corporation is to be incident-free. This objective commences from fundamental values which form the basis of a comprehensive and successful HSE-MS and affect on its elements, which will enhance the behaviors of organization. The three main groups of hazard / risk control are:1. Engineering2. Administrative3. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)Growth a culture is based on reliable management reaction to incidents, emphasize on unsafe/intolerable behaviors and reliable decisions on resource allocation and training associated with the JHA process in two types general and task-specific. Behaviors are products of individuals and group values, attitudes, perceptions, competencies and patterns of behavior and individual understands of what others expect of them.Author will conclude that Human performance improvement is a key concept leading to excellence and Best Management Practice in Job Hazard Analysis and excellence in the HSE-MS. By jointing all values and improve behaviors, Best Management Practice Model will be established and Integration of the HSE-MS elements and Excellence Model based on the HSE Culture will be terminated to some significant results as follows:• People Results,• Corporation Results and• Society Results.
