A study 0f CSFs in process management implementation in SAIPA company

This study deals with the results of an investigation to identifying areas acting as a preventing factor can be a basic action in realizing and performing this methodology in SAIPA Automobile Manufacturing Company.in this research studies the status of these factors by using Sirus & Moghaddam model, 2007, and field study through tools such as questionnaire and interview, and using Friedman statistical test, the main obstacles in performance of process management in SAIPA have been recognized accordingly
