Effective Factors in Language Teacher Training

In the world of today, with all differences and problems among different people of the world there is an increasing need for foreign language teaching/learning and translator training as an effective means for the purpose of reducing racial and religious bigotries and bringing all nations closer to each other.In the case of solving international differences, which are the main problem of the world of today and are related to misunderstandings and lack of information about other nations, other religions, beliefs, traits and customs, etc. wars do not work at all. The best effective ways are to learn each other’s languages for debate and translation to be used in peaceful and friendly situations. Language is the most powerful weapon!Education and training are needed for producing better experts in all sciences and professions. In the case of professions which have some relations with arts such as music, painting, as well as language learning and translation practice is also vital.n addition, personal and cultural intelligences, inner abilities, and Humanistic Psychology will help a lot. Having a high level of cultural intelligence means that individuals are more able to extract and logically interpret information gathered from cross cultural interactions, and are more flexible in adjusting to different settings. ( Early & Ang, 2003), Ghasemipour (2013).In this paper after a brief reference to the history of translation and its significant effects on the progress of countries, there will be some suggestions for training better language teachers and consequently, translators.
