چکیده مقاله:
Metal–organic precursors (MOPs) based complexes, [Zn/Co (C10H14O4)2 have been synthesized and characterized. A novel metal organic hybrid mixed compound of bis (acetylacetonato κ-O, O’) [zinc (II)/ cobalt (II)] was synthesized [1]. Taking C10H18O6Zn0.6Co0.4 (Z0.6C0.4AA) as an example, the crystals are composed of Z0.6C0.4AA units with coordinated two water molecules. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction results show that the complex Z0.6C0.4AA crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P121/c. Theunit cell dimensions are a = 10.789(4) Å, b = 5.355(2) Å, and c = 11.058(5) Å; the angles are α = 90°, β = 105.683(8) °, and γ = 90°, the volume is 615.0(4) Å3, and Z = 2. In this process, the M (II) ions of Zn and Co mix and occupy the centers of symmetrical structural units, which are coordinated to two acac and water ligands. The measured bond lengths and angles of [O–M–O] vary with the ratio of metal species over the entire series of the complexes synthesized. In this work the morphology, structure, optical properties and sensor of Co-doped ZnO nanostructures with different Co contents were investigated by using a simple, metal (acac) 2 decomposition growth technique. The cobalt doped zinc oxide compound sensor was investigated as the sensing materials, which were prepared by a template-free hydrothermal method via zinc/cobalt (acac) 2 precursors. Those samples were characterized by x-ray diffraction XRD, XPS, UV–vis, TEM, FESEM, UV-Vis, PL, ESR, and SENSOR.
