On Centralized Resource Allocation Models in Data Envelopment Analysis

This paper aims to analyze centralized resource allocation model proposed by lozano and villa 10. it is going to show that cenralized resource allocation models in BCC model sense is equivalent to a standard BCC model to assess a decision making unit, the mean of inputs and the mean of outputs of all DMUs that is called DMU this is shown in two ways, the first way is based on duality and the second way is based on assessing DMU
