THE COMPARISON OF THE STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS RESULTS OF REINFORCED CONCRETE CHIMNEYS ACCORDING TO DIFFERENT WIND SPEED

There aren’t enough Turkish documents about designs of reinforced concrete chimney which is one of the special engineering constructions. As this subject isn’t given place in the educational programmes adequately, information about this subject of constructional engineers has been insufficient. Accordingly, Turkish engineers have been taking into consideration foreign sources and legislations and using any method of structural analysis that they acquire somehow. The main aim of this study is to analyze structurally reinforced concrete chimneys classified as special engineering constructions with different methods and Contribute to Turkish legislation which will be prepared about mentioned chimneys with examining of acquired findings.
