From soft set theory to a decision making problem

In this work we considerthe concept of soft set theory and fuzzy soft set theory. Then we represent new operations handling fuzzy soft matrices. Finally we solve a decision making problem by an algorithm which we introduced in this paper based on fuzzy soft set theory.
