An Intelligent Intrusion Detection System for Cloud Networks Based on Heterogeneous Intelligent Detection Method

By employing mobile software agents as a means of providing intelligent security, efforts were made in the present study to present a novel model in order to improve detection and prevention techniques in cloud computing network environments. As its main objectives, the proposed model aims to improve performance and response time, prevent bottleneck points, and optimally balance the operation load when a connection is established between the server and client in cloud computing network environzments. The model uses a knowledgebase to log and store insecure patterns and their countermeasures. Ultimately, the improvements were assessed by comparing the simulation results obtained from the proposed method with those of the existing methods.
