Speed control of Induction Motor Based on SVM-DTC with Three-level neutral point Inverter

Direct Torque Control is more suitable control technique in the control of Induction Motors. The two-level inverters have some problems such as high torque ripple and large harmonics. To overcome these problems, a three-level inverter with space vector modulation control is proposed in this paper. The proposed method is simulated in MATLAB software and the results of the simulations confirm the validity of the proposed method
