چکیده مقاله:
The nervous system is an extremely complex communication system that can simultaneously send and receivemessages as well as regulate physical activity. The strategy for diagnosing and treating neurological disordersrequires a better understanding of the disease, and treatment and diagnosis of neurodegenerative diseases arecurrently the most challenging and toughest tasks in modern medicine. Free radicals are highly unstable molecules. These molecules are generated during cellular activity or environmental factors, and cause imbalances between freeradical production and antioxidants oxidative stress. Oxidative stress plays an important role in the pathogenesis ofmany diseases, such as cancer, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and a potential contributor to damage thecentral nervous system. Radical free radicals cause tissue damage and also damage the components of brain cellssuch as lipids, proteins, nucleic acids, resulting in cell death, but if antioxidants are in equilibrium with free radicals,They Prevents tissue damage. It has been shown in various studies that the use of nanoparticles, especially silvernanoparticles extracted by the green method, in order to take free hold sweyover free radicals, measured andcharacterized by abts, dpph tests to its antioxidant properties, it can play an important role in controlling and due freeradicalsConclusion: According to the results of this study, it may be possible to use such compounds as foodsupplements or antioxidant drugs, which will inhibit radical release and reduce tissue damage and the survival ofmore cells.
