On the other hand, rapid technological changes and methods the performance of today s life has led to long-lasting buildings with use of the power of flexibility and acceptable Compatible with the environment. There for, using the intelligent buildings management system, can communicationand conjunction between access, exposure, security and comfort, monitoring, management, and remote control and day-to-day technologies can be promotion and increased the quality of services. In this research, which is an analytical-descriptive research, the necessity of using the technology of photovoltaic cells in architecture has been studied. With reading how the sun is exposed in different climatesof Iran, check the efficiency of this new technology in absorbing and storing radiation energy and also its affection effect on make smart the contemporary building has been considered.
