چکیده مقاله:

Introdection:Breast cancer is one of the most common types of cancer in the society.it is particularly common among women.Generally one in ten women suffers from breast cancer. Due to the lack of the early diagnosis of this type of cancer and its high death rate , there is an urgent need for quick treatment of this disease. For a cancer cell to gain the ability to metastasis from the primary cell to a new location it must lose its cell adhesion which depends on E-cadherins.Methods:To study the TIE2 genes in metastasis and attack , the blood sample of people with breast cancer was collected from shahidrajaee hospital of babolsar and the blood sample of people without brest cancer was collected from social security hospital of babol. The extraction of RNA from the sample and the synthesis of cDNA were done by reverse transcription and then Real-Time PCR was used to analyze the expression of the studies gene. Results:The findings of this study which are based on the clinical and pathological features of the genes showed that ont only the expression of factor increases in patients with breast cancer but it they can also be seen in patients with lower grades and stage of the disease. Based on the results of the current study TIE2 is an effective factor in the prediagnosis of breast cancer.Conclusion:To prove and evalute the exact role of TIE2 in the prediagnosis of breast cancer the simultaneous study of other indicators of tumor can be of great interest in the future stuies.
