چکیده مقاله:

Background and the purpose: Breast Cancer is the most prevalent cancer among Iranian women and is the second cause of death due to malignancies. A high percentage of patients can be cured in the early stag es of the disease. In this type, prognosis and selection of treatment depends on several factors such as lym ph node metastasis, progesterone receptor, Her2 status, patient s age and other prognostic factors. One of the most effective and significant factors in the prognosis is Her2 gene mutation. In this research H er2 and other prognostic factors in breast cancer patients are studied Materials and the Methods: This is a descriptive – periodical study that was conducted on 70 patients with primitive breathe cancer by positive Her2 from 1389 to 1393. At first, patients Paraffin blocks was dete rmined by IHC method and Her2 status and then patients with Her2(2+) who were diagnosed positive by CISH method and HER2 status were studied with those who had Her2(+3) in terms of other prognostic fact ors. Results: Out of 341 breast cancer patients, 70 samples of paraphine blocks of patients with Her2+2 or Her 2+3 were positive. The average age was 51.11-51.74 and with the age range of 20-81.30 patients were Her 2 (+2) and 40 patients were Her2(+3). In 70 these patients the engagement of Lymph nodes was seen in 41 of the tumor was 3/2 centimeters. 53.8% of patients had positive in 70 these patients the engagement of Ly mph nodes was seen in 41 of them (58%). The average size of the tumor was 3/2 centimeters. 53.8% of pa tients had positive estrogen and 41.8% of receptor patients had positive prostrogen. Conclusion: In Her2 positive patients, the average age was 51 and in this study it is shown that had engag ement of Lymph nodes and positive estrogen receptor. Based on this study, patients who were younger tha n 50 had positive estrogen receptor. 60.9% of Patients younger than 50 with the tumors size of 2.5 cm. pat ients who had engagement of Lymph nodes whit the tumor bigger than 5cm showed more percentage com pared to smaller tumors. However, we need to study with more samples and we have to consider the geogr aphic location
