Quantitative and Qualitative Analysis of Execution of Project Management Standard in Civil Project of Iran (Case Study :Gharargahe Sazandegi Karbala)

Lace of desired execution in civil projects in the country in different aspects such as resources , time and cost, is in a close relationship with regarding management standards ine the execution of the nominated projects . For quantitative and qualitative analysis of execution of project management standard in the civil projects of the country in this investigation , regarding a case study. Chairman of the workshops and project managers in 35 big projects in the country that are substrate of Gharagahe Sazandegi Karbala are investigated based on the PMBOK standard.Considering the aim of the study.this is an applicable investigation. However,based on the nature and method of the subject. This is a descriptive cross-sectional study.Undesirable execution of the civil projects in the country can be easily seen from the analysis of the given data.It shows that the satisfaction of the execution of studied projects is 71.6% which is between average and good. In conclusion , regarding the necessity of the application of project management standard in the projects of the country. Necessary have been presented for the development of this idea.
