چکیده مقاله:
Background and Purpose: Increase the emergence of multidrug resistance in Hospital isolates, Treatment options to treat infections caused by these bacteria has restricted the beta-lactamase enzymes, one of the most important factors in the creation of antibiotic resistance among gram-negative bacteria are. This study aimed to determine the clinical antibiotic resistance in Klebsiella pneumoniae isolates from hospitals in Zahedan.Meterrials: The study was conducted in 1394, 120 clinical samples collected for isolation of Klebsiella pneumoniae was cultured. Suspicious samples were identified by standard biochemical methods. Resistance strains with disk diffusion method based on the guidelines (CLSI) Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute to 10 antibiotics from the company MAST (England) was prepared, was carried out. Of isolates confirmed control, DNA was extracted and PCR testing was used to identify genes of interest. Results, Most of the antibiotics erythromycin antibiotic resistance was Colistin and Erythromycin (90%), while the lowest antibiotic resistance to antibiotics ceftriaxone, ceftazidime and cefotaxime (10%) of 120 isolates of Klebsiella pneumoniae isolated 95 genes AmpC beta-lactamase were. Conclusion: Because of the importance of antibiotic resistance in Hospital Infections and to prevent the spread of a wider research done it is recommended. The prevalence of resistance to antibiotics in this study is cause for concern, hence to control the infection and prevent the spread of drug-resistant bacteria, the need for careful management of medication and identification of isolates are resistant.
