چکیده مقاله:

Stomach cancer is the second most common cancer after lung cancer. Almost 12% of all deaths are from gastric cancer. One of the genes that inhibit cancer development is important fan of the p53 gene is a tumor suppressor P53 protein that plays a role in regulating the cell cycle, P53 gene protein product that through the apop .gene tosis of tumor formation and release of genetically damaged cells that have prevented. Methods referred to the department of pathology in patients with gastric cancer and patient samples by PCR-SSCP to determine the P53 gene mutations were studied. Results the results of this study, the most frequent belonged to Dnvkarsyvm. In this study, 44 patients with gastric cancer were studied. After PCR-SSCP movement in 9 samples from patients with normal samples were different bands of the electromagnetic Fvrtyk. 7 of the 9 mutations in the study of intestinal cancer and 2 cases of diffuse type. Significant associations between cancer type and gender, gender and mutation status and the type of cancer and mutations were observed position. Conclusion: In this study, P53 protein levels were high, indicating that the average frequency of P53 gene mutations in the population under study
