چکیده مقاله:

In the present experimental study, the toxic effects of extracts of Lactobacillus Rhamnosus PTCC1637 on colon cancer cells (HT-29) were assayed at concentrations of 0.01, 0.1, 1,10,100,1000, and 10 µg /ml of extract using MTT assay.Also HT-29 cells were cultured in RPMI-1640 medium. Data were analyzed by one-way ANOVA method(P<0.05) . Then genes experssion chenges of Bax and Bcl2 were assessed by Real Time PCR . Our findings showed that administration 1up to 1000 µg /ml in 48 hours of Lactobacillus Rhamnosus PTCC1637 extract resulted in significant decreased viability of HT-29 cells in cell culture. According to our finding, chenges in genes expersion Bax and Bcl2 respectively indicated increasing and lowering
