Zingiber officinale Rosce is the botanical name for ginger, atropical herbal plant found in abundance in Asia.It belongs to the family of Zingiberaceae. It is usually part of the diet in many parts of the world. Ginger can be used as natural antioxidants because there are phenolic compounds in its rhizomes. So far, more than 50 types Therefore, it can be a significant source of powerful natural of antioxidants isolated from rhizomes of ginger. antioxidants, which can be useful in preventing the development of various oxidative stress, be considered. Most notably 6-gingerols that tastes bitter and has significant antioxidant properties. Hindi medicine specialists In this study, 60 grams of fresh ginger were mixed with 120 ml of Ayurveda brand name as a global drug. methanol and then were stirred for 12 hours. After that we extracted what has been obtained with methanol and tested it with paper TLC. We aim to identify phenolic components. So after determining the ratio of solvents and providing solvent tanks, the highest individual bands on the shaved plate were washed with methanol Merck. What obtained from washing shaved plate was injected to GC for investigating. By analyzing of the spectra , we understood the highest percentage of what we extracted was related to gingerols and shogaol.
