چکیده مقاله:
Introduction: Breast cancer is the second most common cancer in the world and the most common neoplasia among women.Based on available evidence:the incidence of the disease among women is increasing widely. According to research in Iran every year there are1500cases of death from breast cancer.The constant growth of cancer in other countries but in Iran the year 8in100thousand increase in the growth of breast cancer.Identification of risk factors and their possible role in the development of this cancer very significant role.This study deals with this issue. Material & Methods: Article for study of the literature was conducted. Results: The average age is 49.5 years. In the latest survey of Articles65.5to70.5%of patients were referred at an early stage1,2.Less than 30% in the final stage and are diagnosed in advanced.5-year survival is72%.This survival is seriously affected by the disease and the number of positive lymph nodes. Khorasan Razavi,Tehranand,Khozestan the highest growth in the number of cancer have in5years. In a study that was conducted in89 -80in Ardebil,The mean age of patients was36.8years, The most common benign age of30 -20years. Malignant mass at ages above40years.Among the signs and symptoms of the disease,the most frequent lumps and pain breast to touch that61%of the total complaints included. The results of a study that was done in85years in Mazandaran:The most common cancer in women was breast cancer(23.4%)And the most common morphology in breast cancer(69%),inflammatory carcinoma is the tube. Conclusion: Due to the increased incidence of breast cancer in recent years,ages to enhance their knowledge about risk factors and symptoms may have an important role in the prevention and early detection. Some of the important genetic factors such as age, genetic predisposition, age at menarche and menopause can not be changed. But can those at risk to do monthly self-examination after age 20, encouraged by a doctor every 6 months. Since obesity,hyperlipidemia,OCP use was most common in breast cancer,Training of these risk factors people can raise their awareness and sensitivity.
