Results of operating of plan of screening of breast cancer in Babol city 1393-94

Introduction : breast cancer is most common cancer in woman that is responsible of inability and death of catched people. Due to increase of the catching cases, it s screening becomes important .Study s aim is investigation of state of health of breast in the form of women screening plan of Babol. Methodology : study was descriptive that was proceeded from beginning of 1393 until the end of Shahrivar 1394. The population of research , were women reffered from eleven pilot centers ( urban and rural ) and refferants. The means of data collecting was researcher made checklist , data was extracted and described manually . Results : among 1637 invited pepoel ; 765( 46/73% ) cases registered .The counselling and visiting cases were : 163 and 733 peopl e and detecting practices Momography , Sonography , biopsy and Mastectomy: 618 , 325 ,10 and 4 cases. Results obtained based on 1BIRAD reporting : 2BIRAD1(37/09%) 220 people , 3 BIRAD2 (55/48% )329 people, 4 BIRAD3(6/57%)39 people, 5 BIRAD6 (0/84%) 5 people and (0/33)2 people were under benign surgery . From 595 cases , ( 63/02% ) 375 people had abnormal . results: Fibro cysts ,Cysts , Fibro adnome, classification and malignant. Discussion and conclusion : results show 50% of research population did not participate in this plan and in reporting state of breast of two third was abnormal . It is suggersted that healty assistant practices the stablishing training classes that the view of women changes and participate more in screening period.
