One-pot three-component approach to new oxazolan-3-carboxamide by the reaction of TRIS, aldehydes and activated cumulenes

Convenient and simple procedures for the synthesis of fused oxazolan-3-carboxamide derivatives were developed via one-pot three-component reaction of TRIS (ɑ,ɑ,ɑ -trimethylolaminomethane), aldehydes and activated cumulenes. These compounds are an attractive heterocycles due to their variety of biological activities. The structures of the newly synthesized compounds were confirmed by their elemental analysis and spectral data.
