This article examines the prospect of EFLteachers perspective toward the future of English language teaching in women of Iranian high school. It has adopted the approach of Delphi method to analyze the data collected from interviews with 20 EFL experts in Iran. Fritz Zwicky pioneered the development of General Morphological Analysis (GMA) as a method for investigating the totality of relationships contained in multi -dimensional, non-quantifiable problem complexes. In this paper, we estimate how the General Morphological Analysis has been perspective toward the future of English language teaching in women in Iran by 2030. Iran, being a hierarchical, collectivist, and restrained society with a normative cultural orientation and preference for avoiding uncertainty, will be reluctant to accept technological innovation so quickly which would replace EFL teachers. Further research covering a time frame beyond 2030 would be needed.
