Investigate the relationship between identity styles and national identity in students Bushehr

The present study investigated the relationship between identity and national identity in light of Bushehr students. Therefore, undergraduate students from universities across the Persian Gulf, Islamic Azad University of Medical Sciences, 174 (86 boys and 88 girls) were selected by multistage random sampling method. By questions of national identity, national identity, and identity styles and identity styles questionnaire (6G-ISI) has been evaluated. Results based on stepwise regression analysis showed a significant positive relationship between national identity and identity styles (informational, normative), and a significant positive relationship between cultural identity and there are styles of identity. The result of this study suggests that national identity is informational and normative identity styles (positively) were predictable.
