چکیده مقاله:

Encouragement and attention to mental and economical condition as an inseparable part of management have been taken into account by advanced countries. They strongly believe that these factors have caused great benefits in their industrial units. They have tried to make their employees feel that they exist and they are a part of a great force who finds meaning and identity, in unity alongside others. Unfortunately in our country, satisfaction and willingness of employees to work is not properly taken into consideration by managers. Individual psychobiology is not taken seriously which must be due to indifference to efficiency of the workers. The abovementioned has motivated the investigation of work satisfaction in order to resolve a part of this social problem. It is undeniable that the changes in the level of job satisfaction among employees which is related to several major factors such as economic, cultural and perspectives which influences the quality of peoples services. It is noteworthy that inheritance of some of these features are also effective in such matters and should be evaluated and surveyed. The result of this study can identify the effect of individual s personal traits and organizational caring regarding to their own needs, on the satisfaction of employees. In addition managers can analyze and evaluate the influence of factors such as: willingness, relations in workplace, the relationship of managers and the employees, facilities and … on the satisfaction of employees. And eventually present possible solutions.
