چکیده مقاله:
This study aimed to investigate the effect of transformational leadership on organizational performance with the mediating role of job satisfaction employees was Dezful city municipality. Statistical population studied is 200 staff employed in the municipal city of Dezful. The sample size according to the number of members of particular society and Morgan table was used for this purpose. Simple random sampling method was used for that the sample is obtained 127. According to the purpose this research, research is applied and given the nature of research descriptive and the survey type is. The results showed that transformational leadership has a significant impact on organizational performance and job satisfaction. Also, all components of transformational leadership (intellectual stimulation, idealized influence, inspirational motivation, individualized consideration) have a significant impact on organizational performance. Job satisfaction has a significant impact on organizational performance. Transformational leadership has a significant impact on organizational performance through the intermediary of job satisfaction.
