چکیده مقاله:

Taxol with anticancer and antitumor properties was first isolated from Taxus brevifolia. The very low amount of this material in various parts of the tree and the very limited resources of the yew in the world, introducing new resources for taxanes has been aimed. Therefore, researches focused on plants (such as hazel or touched) and their endophytic fungi to find a more economically reasonable production for paclitaxel. In Iran, many studies have been carried out on the production of taxol-producing endophytic fungi based on the genes produced by the taxon production route. In a study, the amount of taxol production in endophyte fungi strains was 21.74 mg /l, where, the presence of the DBAT gene was confirmed in 22 isolate. However, we examined the presence of three key genes of the taxol production pathway in 84 isolates of endophytic fungi screened from the yew. Two isolates belong to the genus Trichoderma produced 17.2 mg/ml of taxanes in the Cell culture of the fungi. Although Iranian researchers in this area are limited to screening, yet paclitaxel remains the drug s top priority in Iran. Therefore, optimization of production via genetic engineering and the use of conventional methods is recommended.
