The study of Relation between breast cancer and pregnancy of factors in woman referral to tohid hospital in sanandaj city in 2012

Introduction :Breast cancer is the most prevention malignancies among women and is the 5th malignancy related cause of death in Iran .so the high prevalence of breast cancer especially in Iranian young women and Problems due to family illness led our study on Iranian scientists researching field related to breast cancer . The goal of this study was of determine the relationship between breast cancer and pregnancy of factors in woman. Materials & Methods : is a case – control study and 450 woman were selected purposive (150 person case – This 300 person control). a Questionnaire was administered the data was gathered by Data were interviewed using a questionnaire 2 test & test T ®ression. So statistical analysis was corries out with help x Results : The of study showed that there is a significant statistical between cancer p <./04 ) . there is a significant breast and education( OR=1.51,1.15-2 ) ,jOB(OR=1.86,1.22-2.82) & BMI (t=1.96 , statistical between cancer breast and OCP(OR=0/86,0/8-0/93),feeding (OR=1.19,1.07-1.31) &full term (OR=3.34,1.96-5.65) . Conclusion: The results indicated that a number of demographic and reproductive factors associated with breast cancer is a significant. so it need to educate women and make them aware of the examination procedures, control and prevention of disease, the incidence of breast cancer greatly the unpleasant complications of prevented.
