چکیده مقاله:
In efficient of common methods of treatment of cancerous diseases, has been followed the development of smart methods, including the design and production of immunotoxins[1]. This therapeutic approach is based on the detection of specific antigens on the surface of the cancer cells and the induction of cell death through toxin section -bound ligand antigen detecting[2]. For this purpose, in the first step, the detection of specific antigens of the surface of the lung cancer cells was performed, and their expression and extent were determined using the Protein Atlas database. Structural modeling of selected antigens was done with Modeller program and its validation was done by determining the position of amino acids in Ramachandranian and ERRAT curves. Protein ligands bound to selected antigens were determined by STRING test and their attachment desire was subjected to Haddock test. Finally, visualization of structural models with Pymol program was carried out. The results of this study led to the discovery of 22 different antigens with different expression in levels of pulmonary cancer cells. However, cd56 showed high expression and specific expression range at the surface of these cells. The structural modeling of this antigen showed good quality and revealed the A protein ligand for drug design. In general, the results of this study led to the detection of specific antigen and ligand associated with it at the level of the lung cancer cells in order to design novel immunotoxin drugs or to detect lung cancer.
