Examine the Relationship between staff productivity and building dimensions human resources in Avicenna Petrochemicals

The purpose of this study was to investigate the association between employee efficiency and building dimensions human resources in Bu Ali Sina Petrochemicals was. This study from to goal used and the method of gathering data a descriptive and correlational research. Bu Ali Sina Petrochemicals the study population included all the personnel that their number was 417 people and the sample was 200 Pearson correlation test results show a significant relationship between building and human resources are its dimensions with labor productivity. According to the results obtained of the test Pearson, simple regression and multivariate strategic human resource management has the greatest influence on labor productivity
