The Role of Knowledge Management on Innovation in Government Organizations

Today, knowledge is the most important and valuable asset for any organization. The rapid changes and growth Increasing. Each organization will have to be used for survival for all their efforts in knowledge management. The research aims to study the relationship between knowledge management and organizational innovation employees of the Registry Kohgiloyeh and Boyer Ahmad. The study population consisted of all employees is the Registry Kohgiloyeh and Boyer Ahmad. The number in 1394, 96 people. The number using the census as a sample in the study were given. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire, which in a preliminary study has proven reliability and validity of the questionnaire. In order to analyze research data, descriptive and inferential statistical methods such as mean, standard deviation, Spearman correlation and regression was used. Data processing was performed using SPSS, SMART PLS software. The results showed that between knowledge management and organizational innovation employees of the Registry Kohgiloyeh and Boyer-Ahmad is a significant relationship existed. Among all aspects of knowledge management and organizational innovation employees of the Registry Kohgiloyeh and Boyer There was a significant relationship. It was also found that the variable application of knowledge with the beta (0/822) contributed most to Organizational Innovation in the Registry Kohgiloyeh and Boyer Ahmad.
