Discussing the Effects of information management on the performance of principals of Elementary schools in Gachsaran in 2014-2015 educational year

The main objective of this research is to evaluate the effects of information management on the performance of principals of Elementary schools in Gachsaran in 94-95 educational year. This research is an analytic descriptive study , because in addition to describing the current situation, it also tests some hypothesis according to relations based on predictions, and tries to identify the effect of each factor by implementing a linear regression test. The statistic population of this research is the population of all Gachsaran’s elementary school’s principals.as the regarded population is limited and having a low number of members, the hole of the population was considered as the sample. So we used a census method. In this paper we used researcher-administered questionnaires. To ensure a high reliability, firstly 10 questionnaires were distributed among the statistic population and their opinion about the research parameters were evaluated. This way after validating the reliability of questionnaires, they were distributed, and after collecting the filled questionnaires, the data has been analyzed. The row data required to describe and testing the hypothesis, were obtained by using a computer and a software and then the result was analyzed by SPSS software through two steps, the row data turns into usable information for this research. In the first step that it is descriptive analysis, the collected data will result in a descriptive statistic table and histograms, and in the second step, which is the inferential analyses T according to linear regression tests, the data was analyzed. And finally we can approve or reject the hypothesis. The results show that information management systems has an effect on the performance of principals of Elementary schools in Gachsaran in 94-95 educational year.
