The Investigation of Corrosion Management and Control Procedures in Oil Industry

One of the main causes of damage to industrial equipment is corrosion phenomenon. Because of the importance and the size of the damage in industries, a large part of research studies in developed countries is devoted to the field of corrosion control technologies. These studies develop strategies, laws, guidelines and examine effective methods in the field of prevention and elimination of corrosion effects. In other words, these studies concentrate on corrosion management . Similarly, in our country, the study of this phenomenon and its management is of utmost importance since oil, gas and petrochemical industries are located in areas prone to corrosion phenomena
