چکیده مقاله:

Bony disorders and disease are the most important matters that they are involving the adults. So, there are lots of varieties ways for therapy of those disorders. Tissue engineering is a new way that it is helping to therapy of disorders. Scaffold design is one of the most challenges that engineers are encountered with it. In this research, at the first time polycaprolacton, gel and CuBioglass scaffold from soluble 10 percent that contain of 1,1,1,3,3,3HEXAFLOUR-2-PROPANOL solvent are prepared by polyCaprolacton(PCl), gel(GE), CuBioglass. Then above soluble were electrolysis by electro spinning and scaffold used some considering device of methods like mechanical test, SEM, porosity, contact angle, destruction and FTIR in order to evaluate of mechanical, chemical and physical features. The results show that scaffold are proportional with percent of ceramic phase and gel that it is contain of 82-87 percent porosity with mean of risks 3±94.9,3±40.7 micrometer and resilient of 13-0.34 Giga Pascal. According to results that they are obtained from tests, it is determined that the best polymer scaffold is polycaprolacton/gel/CuBio glass that it is cover by copper and we can use this scaffold in bony tissue engineering.
