چکیده مقاله:

Tissues for reasons such as cancer, birth defects or physical damage lost. Various methods such as the use of biological and synthetic grafts are used to treat tissue damage but each is limited. Using tissue engineering to repair damaged tissues, especially tissues repair late such as tendon, ligaments and cartilage, the method is promising. One of the main goals of repair late tissues engineering design a biodegradable scaffold that mechanical and chemical properties are similar to the host tissue. Electrospun nanofibers, due to the high surface to volume ratio and suitable porosity, good show cell behavior but do not have the ability to provide good mechanical properties for tissue. According to studies, biodegradable scaffolds for repair late tissue regeneration is made, it should at least maintain its initial strength after three months and after six months, half of its initial strength show. The use of hybrid scaffolds composed of two types of nano and micro-scale fibers can provide strength suitable for tissue regeneration. The destruction of nanofibers in scaffolding, mechanical support during repair tissue provided by a biodegradable polymer other. There micro-fibers can be made of textile techniques in terms of mechanical properties of the tissue until the end of repair support.
