Bmi-1 and cancer. in search of a probable solution

Many experiences have proved that a group of proteins called BMI-1 have a key role in inducing cell proliferation, as a pathological effect, they can have a significant role in many of cancers, including adiverse spectrum of epithelial cancers, stem cell cancers like leukemia, hodjecking disease, and many other types of cancers. So concentration on decreasing the adverse effects of BMI-1 proteins can be aprobable solution for treating these cancers. PTC96 is a recently discovered protein which can degrade BMI-1 by phosphorilating this proteins which targets the mechanisms which lead to degradation ofBMI-1 ,so targeting BMI-1 with this special protein can assume as a probable solution for treating many of cancers
