Signs and symptoms of breast cancer

Cancer is the second most common cause of death after cardiovascular disease worldwide and in developed countries, and is the third leading cause of death after cardiovascular disease and accidents inless developed countries. Breast cancer is defined as growth changes out the control of cells in the breast tissue, which is caused by abnormal growth in the glands producing milk (lobules) or in the ductsthat connect lobules to the nipple (duct). Most cases of cancer are identified in advanced stages, so familiarity with its symptoms is very important. Methods: This study is a review study. All publishedarticles were collected over the years 2017-1995 from databases, SIDs, Google Scholar, Scopus, Pubmed, Medlib, Magiran, and Science Direct. Comprehensive search with the keywords of Symptoms,Cancer, Breast for Persian articles and their English equivalent for English articles. After reviewing the studies, a total of 25 papers were reviewed. Breast cancer, when the tumor is small, typically does notcause any symptoms; When the growth of breast cancer is such that it can be touched; the most common physical sign is the painless mass. Sometimes the cancer can spread to the lymph nodes of the armpit and cause a bulge. Less frequent symptoms and symptoms include: self-limiting pain or hemorrhage, pruritus and scaly nipples, indentations to the inside and sensitivity to the touch, orangeskin, and any new apparent changes such as ulcer, redness, veins Outstanding, dentin and elongated in the skin or nipple. Considering the symptoms of breast cancer and the importance of counting themcan be very helpful for diagnostic and therapeutic measures
