The interaction of docetaxel with the complex of histone –dna

DNA is a nucleic acid that it have genetical instructions and its main role is long term save of geneticalinformations. DNA is the primary target of many anti-cancer drugs which involved in important intracellular processes such as replication and transcription. Small molecules bind to DNA and impair the important processes of cell division, growth inhibition and apoptosis in cancer cells. Therefore thestudy of drug-DNA interaction is important for better understanding of the mechanism of action and design effective and new drugs. In this research, has been investigated the interaction of an anti-cancerdrug of breast, lung and stomach docetaxel with the complex of Histone –DNA. We have use for this investigation tris-buffer (10mM) with PH= 6/8 by different spectroscopy methods including Spectrophotometry, Fluorescence Spectroscopy, Circular Dichroism, Stading stability, Viscometer. The result determined that the interaction of docetaxel by the presence of DNA –Histone is groove bindingbut by no attendance of histone it ha intercalator behavior
