چکیده مقاله:
Cancer is one of the most recognized causes of global mortality. Today, many studies have investigated low-complication therapy in the various cancer treatments, including the use of natural resources as a treatment combination. In the present study, the cytotoxic effects of methanolic extract of the 13 species from Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province were examined on MCF-7، MCF-7mx، LNCAP،C26، PC3 وB16-F10 cancer cell lines using Alamarblue reagent. According to the results, Methanolic extract of all plants except D. orieltalis on LNCAP cell line (p<0.05), Methanolic extract of A. kellalensis , S. multicaulis , P. strigasa on MCF-7mx cell line (p<0.05), Methanolic extract of A. kellalensss ، A. oliveri , A. chamaecistas on PC3 cell line (p<0.05), Methanolic extract of all plants except T. dumosum, S. obtusicrerena, D. sawyeri , S. multicaulis , N. glomerulosa on C26 cell line (p<0.05) have showed significant cytotoxic activity by reducing cell viability and increasing amount of apoptotic cell, while the results for other species have demonstrated non-cytotoxic effects. Overall, it is suggested that, plant species with cytotoxic effect can be consider as a potential anticancer component for reducing the progression of cancer in future scientific research
