چکیده مقاله:
Microgravity which is the condition thatobjects or people appear to be weightless. The effects ofmicrogravity can be seen when astronauts and objects float in space. The term micro-g environment ismore or less a synonym of weightlessness and zero-g, but indicates that g-forces are not quite zero, justvery small. Cancer cells are cells that divide persistently, forming solid tumors or flooding the blood withabnormal cells. Cell division is a normal process used by the body for growth and repair.Chemotherapyusually refers to the use of medicines or drugs to treat cancer.In this research, we have studied the effectsof microgravity in the interaction between TiO2 NPs and DNA using UV-visible spectroscopy and FT-IRspectroscopy at 37 ˚C for a period of time. Our results display that TiO2 NPs have different effects onDNA structure and DNA binding in gravity and microgravity conditions. The result obtaining from thispresent study probably provide useful information to understand the effects of gravity on binding of anyligands and also to design new generation of anti cancer agents.
