چکیده مقاله:
In this study, we aim to investigate the relationship between intrapreneurship that considered as one of the important and vital factors to improve commercial actions and competition with other firms of market, and job satisfaction and efficiency of employees that is an important era in organizational behaviors. And we denote the effects of intrapreneurship on job satisfaction and efficiency of employees. In today competitive environments, one of the key factors to success firms and organization and along technology improvement is innovation in productions and services. Having new ideas and expanding new business is a critical factor to firms and organizations’ survival thoseare active in this kind of market. To reach success, firms and organizations rely on their employees, because organizational entrepreneurs are the staff of these places. Workers and employees play a significant role in interorganization entrepreneurship. Job satisfaction of staff is an important and effective factor in entrepreneurship thatmight be depended on several elements. Organizational attributes, values and employers can lead to organizations move to better development and growth and commercial improvements. In this study, we will survey the effects of organizational entrepreneurship on job satisfaction and efficiency of employees and also intrapreneurship activitieseffectiveness on growth of firms. Finally, we answer to these issues that what kind of actions we can consider as organizational entrepreneurship and how these actions are generated in a firm or organization. By analyzing results, we confirm this assumption that performing intrapreneurship has high positive effect on firm productiondevelopment and, in the end, on staffs’ job satisfaction and do along executing their high efficiency.
