چکیده مقاله:
The present study investigated to examine the role of personal and organizational factors on psychological empowerment of Ilam University of medical sciences’ employees. The research method is descriptive-correlational. The statistical population consisted of 236 employees of Ilam University of medical sciences which through using Cochran s formula, 146 persons were selected as sample size. The research instruments for collecting data were questionnaires. To analyze data, descriptive statistics (frequency distribution, percentage) and inferential statistics ( t-test, Pearson correlation coefficient and Stepwise Regression test) were used. The results of the present study based on Pearson correlation coefficient indicated that there is a significant and positive relationship between personal and organizational factors and psychological empowerment (P> 0.01). it was also observed that among personal factors, the component perception about needs satisfaction and among organizational factors the component organizational support had the most correlation with psychological empowerment.
