Fully Fuzzified Data Envelopment Analysis Model for Performance Measurement: An Improved Method

This paper proposes an improved approach for performance measurement of decisionmaking units in fully fuzzified data envelopment analysis (FFDEA) where, in addition to input andoutput data, all the variables are considered fuzzy, including the resulting efficiency scores. TheFFDEA model is converted into a multi objective linear programing problem, which is solved usinglexicographic approach. The advantages of the proposed method over existing methods arediscussed. The results show that the proposed method is simpler and computationally more efficientthan existing methods in the literature.
