چکیده مقاله:
Optimizing the building system, at the present time, is one of the main reasons for economic or noneconomic definition of building projects. Moreover, this issue will effect on energy efficiency, quality and time of construction undeniably. Accordingly, in this paper, using TOPSIS in order to select modern building systems will be discussed, due to the multiplicity of existing modern building methods based on different climates. In addition, it has been tried, during the study, to do research according to the basic and effective criteria. In this regard, some key aspects including executive, economic, environmental, architectural, etc. criteria were identified. Ultimately, however, conclusionin relation to the selection of appropriate system based on the analysis of reviewing these criteria has been done.
