چکیده مقاله:

Auto parts makers are generally playing an essential and driving role in development and quality improvement in the auto industry in Iran. To achieve this, it needs to understand exactly those factors could ensure them to meet their strategic goals. This paper mainly deals with identifying and prioritizing the key elements influencing success of the auto parts manufacturing industry in Iran. To collect data and information, the paper utilized a questionnaire and qualitative interviewing with A) the academicians specialized in the field of strategic management and organizational symptomatology, and B) Managers, executives and competent experts involving in this industry. Then, based on the findings, it provides a conceptual model consisting of 2 major factors and 26 indices. In order to verify the model, the confirmation factor analysis, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and t-value test, and for priority indices, Friedman test being applied, in which ROI an ROE, increase of market share and maximizing its performance.
