Social capital is a multi-dimensional and layered concept that in recent years, in the different fields of social sciences, economics and management and political sciences has been proposed Social capital as a whole includes communications and social networks that can create sense of collaboration and trust among people in a society. The aim of this study was to examine the dimensions of social capital on organizational agility. This research in terms of purpose is practical and in terms of the nature and method is correlation. Statistical society (130 people) includes Zahedan regional Power department employees. From mentioned statistical society based on Krejcie and Morgan and table (1970), sample with volume 99 people was determined category randomly. Collection data tool were two standard questionnaires. Society mean statistical tests, Pearson correlation and structural equation modeling were used in order to assess study hypotheses. The study results indicates that the social capital has a significant and positive effect on agility organization and among components of social capital (social trust, social cohesion, social participation), the component of social partnership has more effective organization agility. In the end, practical suggestions to managers, suggestion of future researches for researchers and limitations of the study were evaluated.
