چکیده مقاله:

Nowadays, one of the main challenges of project oriented organizations (POOs) is how to manage occupational stresses to prevent job burnout of project managers. Project managers are the most valuable asset of POOs. However, according to WHO’s reports, a large number of stressful business owners, including project managers, die annually due to work pressures and burnout. In this paper a new hybrid fuzzy VIKOR-BWM multi criteria decision making model is developed to determine the most significant stressor factors in POOs. This way, an objective-subjective weighting method is applied. The proposed approach is verified by a real case. The outcomes imply that Job Redesign is the best solution by far to reduce the stress for considered real case
