A New Multi-Product Model for Deteriorating Items with Seasonal Markets

This paper presents a new mathematical formulation for determining optimal Productioninventory policies in the case dealing with multiple deteriorating products in different market customers. The markets are seasonally independent from each other and deterioration occurs at a constant rate. Our analysis shows that the new model results in superior results than previous studies in the terms of achieving to fewer costs and also a more comprehensive solution is obtained in the sense of the decisionvariables and parameters embedded in it.
