چکیده مقاله:

Objective: Aeromonas hydrophila is one of the most important pathogenic bacteria of fish, that cause bacterial septicemia. In this research, serum protein changes of common carp were determined after the injection of formalin killed Aeromonas hydrophila. Method & Materials: The bacteria was injected to 60 fish by intraperitoneal (30fish) and intramuscular (30 fish) methods and 40 fish were injected with normal saline intramuscularly and intraperitonealy and considered as control. Blood samples were taken from all fish(experimental and control fish) 15 day after injection , the protein serum were studied by gel electrophoresis method. From Anod to Katod, the picks are named as pre-albumin, albumin, alpha1-globulin, alpha2-globulin, beta-globulin, gama1-globulin and gama2- globulin. In intramuscular injection, normal saline injected group amount of alpha1-globulin, was significantly higher than bacterial injected group (p<0.05). For other fractions there had no significant difference between tow groups. In comparison fraction between intramuscular injection and intraperitoneal injection of bacterian amount of alpha2-globulin,gama1-globulin and total globulin in Intraperitoneal injection was significantly higher than the Intramuscular injection (p<0.05).
