چکیده مقاله:
Human resources is regarded as the most invaluable manufacturing factor and the most important capital as well main source of competition privilege. One of the most effective way to achieve competition privilege is contributing organization employees more efficient. Theaim of this study is evaluating human resources of Electricity Company using P-CMM; optimization level. First, the concept and techniques are briefly proposed, then P-CMM andits features are articulately assessed. In this study, random sampling method is recruited, while sample volume is 142 employees of Zahedan city Electricity Company. SPSS Softwareis used to analyze research data. The findings of present study showed there is a positive and significant relationship between people performance criteria and capabilities continuousimprovement from one hand, while there is a positive and significant relationship between capabilities continuous improvement and human resources continuous innovation from other hand. Besides, there is a positive and significant relationship between human resources continuous innovation and organizational performance alignment. The findings of this study can be led to introducing of this model as well more recruiting of mentioned method in respect to our country organizations
